Upon interviewing Connie, one would never know she had been under a huge amount of stress for years. Her voice and demeanor are very calm and peaceful, which she attributes to the BioMat and her BioMat business.
For over ten years until 2010, Connie managed a large marketing agency in Vancouver, B.C. During this time she traveled extensively throughout the United States, managing over 100 staff, and was under high levels of stress.
Leslie Marshall, a very dear friend that lived in another city called and suggested she try the BioMat; she had tried it out and thought it would really help reduce Connie’s stress. Connie completely trusted Leslie and bought the BioMat sight unseen!
As soon as Connie received the BioMat she immediately tried it and discovered how relaxing it was. At first she found the BioMat to be a bit firm because "you're sleeping on a bed of crystals". After continued use, she began to notice how it helped reduce her high levels of stress and the firmness of the mat became a benign issue.
After three days of using the BioMat, Connie’s husband wanted to sleep on it, but she discovered she couldn’t part with it and he ordered his own. They both love their BioMats!
One experience Connie shares is when she was traveling for business and had left her BioMat at home, she noticed that she did not sleep well. The first night she thought it was the hotel bed, but since she was changing hotels the next day she thought she would be fine. Yet during the second hotel stay, she found that her sleep had not improved. On the third hotel night, her husband met her and brought the BioMat, she slept very well that night. She still had not made the connection until her husband took the BioMat home and she again found herself unable to sleep. Lesson learned, Connie says she never leaves home without her BioMat and sleeps very well during her travels!

Using her marketing knowledge, experience, and extensive connections Connie began sharing the BioMat on a part-time basis and due to her success shifted to full-time. In just over three years Connie Shank made Royal Family!
Connie shares her keys to success: Using the products on a daily basis, having all the demo products, providing as many demonstrations as possible, and prospect follow-up is very important. She does a lot of online marketing, publication ads, tradeshows, and offers tons of customer support through her own website, as well as providing additional resources for her distributors. She also ships product for demos.
One of the most rewarding moments for Connie is when she receives that call or E-mail from a customer who is expressing how much the products have helped and assisted them. It’s her favorite part of the job, knowing the BioMat can make such a remarkable difference to someone’s life. This keeps her happily focused on sharing the BioMat technology to assist as many people as she can.

Kim Yu Hae
in Los Angeles Makes Royal Family!
Kim Yu Hae has always had an interest in multi-level marketing and was searching for a product/technology that proved to be sound and benefit the health of others. It was during this search three years ago that she discovered the BioMat in an outlet mall near her home in Los Angeles. After she tried it several times she could really feel the health benefits with her own issues and purchased the BioMat.
Yu Hae kept the BioMat for home use for several months to experience more of the health benefits and further her knowledge about the technology. With the help of her husband Eugene Oak, who has a degree in chemical engineering, he helped her explore the BioMat in a deeper technological manner.
Between Yu Hae and Eugene’s combined interest in health and technology they work as a team to explore and share the benefits of the BioMat. They are very impressed with the elimination of electro-magnetic waves and how the far infrared rays work on the human body. Eugene is particularly interested in the research and discoveries concerning the function of single ion channels in cells by Nobel Prize recipients Erwin Neher and Bert Sakmann.

Eugene shared his personal testimony after using the BioMat; he experienced new hair growth, more youthful skin, and gray hair became his natural hair color. He attributes these improved conditions to his utilization of the BioMat by sleeping on it every day.
Yu Hae has worked hard to reach Royal Family, she’s put in several eighteen hour days. She has sponsored many BioMat sessions, conducted internet marketing, and provided technical sales assistance to customers to further their technical knowledge.
To assist her sales performance Yu Hae completed a marketing and management course with other top executives through Yonsei University in Seoul, Korea. Her main approach to promoting the BioMat is by explaining the theory of the equipment to various markets in Los Angeles, Orange County, New York, and at conventions within the USA.
Yu Hae and her husband Eugene believe the one thing that is very important to succeed in any endeavor is FAITH. Here are their parting words of wisdom: “Faith is derived from knowledge. If you have knowledge of a certain person, you can have faith in them and then even decide to marry. It is the same thing, if you have true knowledge of this complex equipment or device and it is firmed up in one’s mind then faith develops and will make one work harder."
Libo Cheung Makes Royal Family!
It was over twenty years ago when Libo began her journey studying nutrition and health after losing a thirty-three year old sister to cancer. She vividly remembers in 1992 praying to God to give her the wisdom to help others have a better healthier life. For Libo the BioMat is the answer to her prayers, she has reached her dream.
“RichWay has changed my life!”
Libo Cheng has been involved in network marketing for over twenty years and considers herself an expert in that arena. One day she stopped by the office of a colleague and discovered that she had made almost seven thousand dollars in commissions from RichWay International. This shocked Libo because her friend did not speak English, didn’t have many connections, and is a very humble housewife. Libo emphasizes while this produced emotions of envy and anger of her friend’s seemingly easy success, it also inspired her. Money is a great motivator!
It was April 2011 when Libo bought a Mini-BioMat and explored the product more as a customer for the first six months and then began to look into the business as a distributor. She is friends with Royal Family members Allen Yu and mother, Mrs. Shu Yu, in San Gabriel and made a visit to their BioMat office. Mrs. Yu shared with Libo that she was planning on making RichWay a life-long business and how much the BioMat had improved her health.
In college, Libo majored in English and is also fluent in Chinese and Korean. She assisted Liz Kang, a RichWay Managing Director, with translation during some BioMat trainings with Chinese Acupuncture doctors in the Los Angeles area; this greatly helped her learn more about the power of RichWay products.
Thereafter, Libo sold two Professional BioMats to friends and in April of 2012 decided to get serious with her RichWay business. Libo believes that you do not need to undertake a lot of expense when you are starting a network marketing business. With that philosophy in mind, she opened a BioMat demonstration room in Diamond Bar City by renting space from an acupuncturist she had sponsored as a RichWay Distributor. This turned out to be a successful move, within six months she started making an amazing $2000 in commissions per week.
As a Chinese woman, Libo understands that many Chinese come to the USA to fulfill their American Dream. Her RichWay sales are targeted to the Chinese market through newspaper ads and a website. Libo is big on distributor support; she hosts frequent conference calls to support her team, coaching them on how to network and create marketing connections that promote their success as distributors. She offers further support to her team by instructing them on how to open and run a BioMat demonstration center for themselves. Many distributors fly in from all over to visit her BioMat demonstration room for comprehensive training.
Hearing the feedback about how much the BioMat has improved a customer’s life is Libo’s favorite part, the second best is receiving her commission checks. She is very happy!
On a recent trip to Korea she signed her brother up as a RichWay Distributor. When he saw Libo’s commission check he got 'angry' and signed-up to become a RichWay distributor. They were inspired by a visit to the RichWay manufactory in Seoul, Korea and now he’s fired up with inspiration and ready to market the BioMat.
For Libo, reaching Royal Family is the natural achievement for this business. Libo ensures her clients become distributors right away so they can improve their life and help others do the same, which is her true reward.

Eric Xing has set the record for reaching Royal Family in the shortest amount of time. He became a distributor THIS YEAR, January 2013, he has already made $130,000.00 in commissions and attained Royal Family status!
Eric’s sales exploded so quickly, he was able to host a RichWay Conference for his Chinese network in March at the Sheration Hotel in New York. His first meeting packed 120 attendees and his second conference in June bought together almost 250 people. Many attendees are full-time network marketers selling the BioMat to the Chinese in NY and China.
In addition to being Eric’s RichWay sponsor, Libo Cheng provided translation for this interview.
They previously knew each other from a network marketing company where they were both distibutors. Libo shared that even though Eric was not successful with this other company, he is a very kind person that is full of passion. She contacted Eric to introduce the RichWay business to him in July of 2012 and initially he wasn't interested. Libo did not give up on Eric and kept trying to get him to look at the product, she even contacted mutual acquaintances they shared to help. In January 2013 over lunch with a friend, it was again suggested he look at Libo’s RichWay business and he finally agreed calling Libo to learn more. With only a $100 in his pocket, Libo graciously sponsored and purchased Eric’s first Professional BioMat to help him begin his RichWay business. Libo's generosity has been a remarkable investment; Eric’s sales growth has been incredible!
When Eric started promoting the BioMat in January in New York, it was very cold and he only had one Professional BioMat to share. He took it to local Chinese doctors where people could try it out during the day and then staff could try after five. Eric remembers working very long hours, often coming home at midnight. Even with one BioMat for demonstration, his hard work and persistence paid off with six BioMat orders in one day.
One of the aspects that helped Eric’s sales grow so rapidly is his connections with other Chinese networkers and Chinese health professionals. Laughingly, Libo added that he is also very handsome and has sponsored many women, too. Most of his fast growing team of distributors are only fluent in Chinese; this caused a little chaos for RichWay’s customer service and there are now two people in customer service that can speak Chinese. Eric and his sponsor, Libo, are thankful for Calvin and Jeanna Kim’s support in helping bring the BioMat technology to the Chinese people.
Eric plans on continuing to enhance his representation of the BioMat technology to the Chinese via an online website, more demonstrations, network meetings, additional training, and support. He is very optimistic and inspired with plans to bring ten of his team distributors to the Royal Family circle. He desires to accomplish this very quickly… a tough goal… nevertheless he states very emphatically that he is going for it!

Distributor Spotlight ~ Chris Pyne
Currently The Most Successful Distributor with RichWay!
Chris Pyne made Royal Family in 2010 and has continued growing his RichWay business to earn the most binary bonuses in RichWay history.
Many of you know Chris’s mother, Emily Black, another Royal Family Member. She sent him a BioMat 6 years ago while he was attending grad school in Baltimore; he was attending school for a PhD in Philosophy which has greatly assisted him with honing and developing his writing skills.
Chris really didn’t have any connections or much personal time while attending school; however he simultaneously wanted to assist his mother during her six-month journey to Royal Family. He developed a website to help market the BioMat online to support his mother. Right away he noticed that it was very pleasant work, along with receiving grateful feedback from his BioMat customers. It was the most rewarding work Chris had experienced, unlike any sales job he had done before.
Inspired by the ease and rewards of promoting the BioMat, Chris began putting more and more energy into it. His BioMat business became so successful that in the long run it became advantageous to quit grad school and change careers. Within four years of receiving his BioMat ‘gift from mom’, Chris quit grad school becoming a full-time BioMat sales and marketing pro, and subsequently made Royal Family.
Chris donates a lot of credit to his success to his wife Megan who has encouraged, motivated, shared and came up with some of his most successful ideas. He is very grateful for her loving support!
After Chris made Royal Family, they moved to Tennessee and their son Max was born. They’ve been in Knoxville since, Chris continues to improve on the level of service and support for his distributors and customers. He has written and provided the marketing materials for his team network, strives to maintain an excellent internet reputation, and provides the best possible customer service.
The most resounding compliment to Chris's BioMat business is some of the earth shattering experiences people have shared while using the BioMat. There have been many expressions of gratitude from BioMat customers that have had debilitating health challenges dissipate. Of course this doesn’t happen for everyone, but when it makes such a huge improvement in the quality of someone’s life it is extremely rewarding.
The best guiding strategy that Chris recommends for distributors is to find a way to have lots of people try the BioMat. If you can get as many people as possible to just try it, then everything else seems to follow from that. He even sends the BioMat to non-locals on a trial basis… again, moving through any barriers to get people on the BioMat.
For any price objections, Chris feels that is easy to overcome because of the medical grade rating and quality of the BioMat. For instance, if one wanted to purchase professional gym quality exercise equipment for home this could easily cost $5000-$10,000 compared to general home quality equipment ranging around $700-$900. The BioMat is a high quality professional medical grade device offered at a very reasonable price for home and professional use.
Chris feels he doesn’t really sell the BioMat and has implemented, from the beginning, a more casual approach to sharing the BioMat as a universal tool that anyone can use. This philosophy and ease of sharing has helped Chris grow and maintain his RichWay business in a comfortable manner for himself, his customers, and team distributors.
Filled with gratitude and happiness he plans on continuing to assist his team, providing great customer support, and sharing the BioMat with as many as possible.
